Alarms & Troubleshooting
(The 10 most important alarms of the DR series, based on the fault structure of the DR2 manual)
Alarms & Troubleshooting
| Code | Description | Typical Finding | Check | Remedy |
|---|
| A.10 | Overcurrent | Short circuit or defective power section | Measure U/V/W | Check/replace power section |
| A.30 | Regenerative Error | Regenerative power too high | Check RB | Reduce load, connect RB correctly |
| A.31 | Overspeed | Speed > setpoint | Check encoder/feedback | Check parameters, increase stability |
| A.40 | Overvoltage | DC bus too high | Measure input voltage | Check mains, install RB |
| A.41 | Undervoltage | Supply too low | Measure mains voltage | Stabilize supply |
| A.32 | Overcurrent Protect | Output stage fault, IGBT/IPM | Disconnect U/V/W | Replace device |
| A.51 | Motor Overspeed | Encoder error | Test encoder | Replace encoder/cable |
| A.71 | Overload High | Severe torque overload | Check current profile | Check mechanics/load |
| A.72 | Overload Low | Continuous overload | Check axis profile | Reduce load, adjust parameters |
| A.81 | Encoder Backup Error | Absolute value error | Check battery/encoder | Replace battery/encoder |
