Overview
The Yaskawa SGDB-10VD is a servo amplifier from the proven Σ series (SGDB series) for 200 V servo motors. This variant features the standard 200 V supply ("V") and the D-Command Interface, which is a classic, non-MECHATROLINK-based control interface. With an output power of 0.85 kW, the SGDB-10VD is ideal for CNC feed axes, handling modules, transfer stations, and industrial positioning systems.

- Automated handling systems
- Pick & Place systems
- Transfer and feeding modules
Service Notes
- Keep ventilation openings clear, keep the device clean
- Regularly check power modules and electrolytic capacitors
- Wire the D interface correctly (signal level, shielding)
- Ensure low-resistance grounding
- Route encoder and control cables separately from power cables
- Back up parameters before service interventions
- Do not perform Megger measurements across control/encoder lines
