8. Service notes

9. Repair description
- Input check: Visual inspection, insulation test, DC link voltage measurement, check for short circuit in the power section
- Disassembly & cleaning: Disassemble the unit, clean the cooling surfaces and circuit boards, replace the thermal pads
- Analysis: Testing of power transistors, capacitors, gate drivers and control board SGDB-CAD*
- Repair: Replacement of defective power elements, soldering of solder joints, preventive replacement of critical electrolytic capacitors and fans
- Testing & load test: Test with reference motor (e.g. SGM-08V316S), monitoring of current, temperature and alarm reactions
- Endurance test & conclusion: Several hours of test run under full load, documentation of the measured values and creation of a test protocol
