Repair description
- Input check: Visual inspection, check DC link voltage, insulation measurement motor cable
- Disassembly & cleaning: Removal of the boards and power modules, cleaning, checking solder joints
- Analysis: Checking the control, base and communication boards, measuring gate control and current waveforms
- Repair: Replacement of defective modules, rework of faulty solder connections, renewal of aged capacitors and fans
- Testing & load test: Test run with spindle motor at different frequencies, monitoring current, voltage and temperature
- Endurance test & completion: Continuous operation under rated load for several hours, logging of all measured values, final release with serial number and test report
