A Brief Look at the Repair
During the technical investigation, repeated Alarm 11 entries were found in the associated inverter’s fault memory. The converter was considered a possible cause during troubleshooting and was subsequently repaired by our team.
Around three weeks after the repair, we personally followed up to ask whether the unit had been reinstalled and how it was performing. The customer confirmed that it was running without any problems.
Alongside the quick turnaround, the customer highlighted the straightforward process and the support received during the repair. They also asked us to pass on their personal thanks to our colleague Mr. Kern.
