Our repair process is preventive and includes a series of steps to ensure high repair quality.

The repair process for drive modules includes the following steps:

• Preventive overhaul - replacement of all necessary defective and worn parts.
• Intensive cleaning.
• Comprehensive final and stress tests at our test benches.
• Parameter adjustment or restoration of parameters.
• Filling out documentation and checklists.

For Yaskawa Sigma II Servopacks, we replace:

• Electrolytic capacitors
• Large buffer capacitors
• Relays
• Current measuring modules
• Optocouplers

Additionally, we replace certain parts that have proven to fail frequently over several repairs and have therefore been statistically selected for replacement.

To counteract shortages and discontinuations, we use processor-oriented software solutions that monitor our inventory. We order some parts in advance, and for series repairs, we even secure enough spare parts for a year to ensure a large stock is always available.

The test is conducted on a test stand that simulates the processes as in a real processing plant.
