We offer on-site service for this machine.
After a short discussion, our technician will travel to your site and check your machine for defects that can be attributed to the drive systems. The technician can then remove the defective component immediately and bring it back to our faculty for repair.
We can perform the following work at our facility:
1. Motors: repair and replacement
2: Servo Drives: repair and replacement
3: Cables: assembly and replacement
If you have already been able to narrow down the error to a particular unit, you can also just send it to us for repair. An incoming inspection of your unit and preparation of a quote proposal are free of charge.
When your machine is down, we have access to a large inventory of components and can offer fast replacement or sales service for many machines.
You can check our daily inventory stocks at any time in our online shop. If you cannot find the items you are looking for, we would be happy to field your request. It is always possible that we may have a used drive or motor in stock that has not yet been prepped for sale but that we could overhaul for you in a few days.
