Our repair process is preventive and includes a series of steps to ensure high-quality repairs.

The repair process for Fanuc servo and spindle drives as well as power supplies includes the following steps:

• Thorough cleaning.
• Preventive maintenance - replacement of all necessary defective and worn-out parts.
• Comprehensive final and load testing on our specialized Fanuc test benches.
• Completion of documentation and checklists.

For Fanuc servo and spindle drives, we replace

• Electrolytic capacitors
• Large buffer capacitors
• Relays
• Current measuring modules
• Optocouplers

Additionally, we replace certain parts that have proven to fail frequently during multiple repairs and are therefore statistically selected for replacement.

To counter shortages and discontinuations, we use process-oriented software solutions that monitor our inventory. We order some parts in advance, and for series repairs, we even secure sufficient spare parts for a year to ensure access to a large stock at all times.
