We received this feedback following the repair of a Yaskawa CIMR-VMW2022 Varispeed 626VM3. The quotation has been translated from German; spelling and grammar have been lightly edited without changing its meaning.

The main spindle would not start

The initial fault description was clear: the main spindle would not start, and the machine displayed an emergency stop indication. The reported alarms were F-A00 and F-F00. The unit was sent to industrypart with these symptoms.

Control board replaced, unit overhauled and tested

During the repair, we replaced the control board. The unit was then completely overhauled, cleaned and tested. The photographs document its condition before and after the repair, while the video footage provides a view of our test.

A personal follow-up on everyday operation

We also value our customers’ experience after their equipment has been returned. Some time after the repair, our managing director Viktor Siebert personally asked whether the unit was back in service and continuing to operate without problems.
