A customer from Hesse, Germany, sent us their Mitsubishi MDS-DH-V2-4020 Servo Drive Unit for repair. The unit displayed the flashing sequence F1 / 37 / F4.

Fault in the Power Output Stage

Our inspection identified the power output stage as the cause of the fault. We repaired the defect and carried out a complete preventive overhaul. The accompanying video shows the unit on our test bench after the overhaul.
