Translated excerpt from the customer’s original German feedback. A company working in CNC machining and metal fabrication thanked our team for the quick, straightforward overhaul and handling. Its conclusion, translated: “We are 100% satisfied!!!”

Preventively overhauled and subsequently tested

During our incoming inspection of the Yaskawa SGDH-10AE Ver. 35942, the reported fault could not be reproduced in the test run. However, alarm A.10 was recorded in the alarm history.

We preventively overhauled the Servopack and tested it afterwards. Following reinstallation in the machine, the customer confirmed that it was working perfectly at the time of their feedback. Thank you for your trust and kind appreciation of our work.
