Overview
The Mitsubishi MDS-DH2-V2-4020 is a modern and proven servo drive of the 400V class. Developed for maximum precision and efficiency in the CNC sector, this drive module impresses with its robust design, service-friendly construction and excellent performance stability. Ideal for use in multi-axis machining centers and machine tools.

Repair description
- Input check: Visual inspection for contamination, burn marks and loose connectors. Measurement of the DC link voltage and insulation values.
- Disassembly & Cleaning: Removal of the boards and the fan, thorough cleaning of all cooling surfaces, renewal of the thermal paste.
- Analysis: Checking the control and power sections for typical errors such as overcurrent, defective sensors or communication errors.
- Repair: Replacement of damaged assemblies and critical components such as power modules, drivers or filter capacitors.
- Testing & Load test: Simulati
