We offer a warranty for all devices sold or repaired by industrypart under to following terms:

For sales:

The warranty period for new/overhauled goods is 12 months beginning with the transfer of the goods unless a deviating warranty agreement has been made in writing.

For repairs:

1. For repair and inspection work and for any replacement in place of repair, the contractor guarantees to remedy any defects caused by rework or, should a replacement be defective, by a substitute delivery within 12 months free of charge.
2. An inspection seal will be placed on all repaired devices. Any and all warranty claims relating to repairs are void should this inspection seal be broken by a third party.

Warranty claims are void in case of improper operation of the device (the device is to be operated/connected according to the manufacturer’s instructions).
